Bizzo Casino Review

Do first impressions really matter? In most cases, yeah, they do. But after spending more time here, I’d say that Bizzo Casino is one of those rare exceptions where the first impression doesn’t tell the full story.

When I first opened the site, I’ll be honest, I wasn’t impressed. The design feels outdated, almost like something from the mid-2000s, and it gives off the impression that you’ve landed on an old and forgotten casino.

After spending some time here, though, I realised I was wrong. Bizzo actually launched in 2021, so it’s not old at all, and under that dated look, there’s a platform that’s doing quite a few things right.

You’ve got a welcome bonus of up to A$7,250 and 175 free spins, a massive game library with 8,000+ titles, and some features you don’t usually see, like a no deposit bonus just for enabling notifications.

It does make you wonder if they’re underselling themselves a bit, but I’ll get into all of that in this Bizzo casino review.

Pros

No deposit bonus for enabling notifications
Up to A$7,250 and 175 FS as a welcome bonus
8,000+ games by 70+ providers
Reliable PWA mobile app
Many tournaments + Hall of Fame leaderboard
High withdrawal limits of ~A$83,000 monthly

Cons

Outdated website design
No cashback offers

Should You Play at Bizzo Casino? Australian Gamblers Explain

I can recommend Bizzo to almost any type of player, and I actually mean that. It covers a lot of ground, and there’s even a no deposit bonus for enabling notifications, so you can technically try it for free. The minimum deposit is just A$20 if you decide to continue.

The game library is another big plus. With 8,000+ titles from 70+ providers, there’s more than enough variety, even if the categorisation could be better. The welcome bonus is also a highlight here, offering up to A$7,250 and 175 free spins.

There are just about enough payment options, but only if you’re using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayID, or crypto. The lack of e-wallets is definitely a limitation, so if that’s your preferred method, you’ll probably find better options elsewhere, like PlayMojo or Ritzo.

Still, if you’re fine with the available payment methods, Bizzo is a very easy casino to get into and one that offers a bit of everything.

Bizzo Bonuses

Bizzo Casino first deposit bonus info

With a total bonus amount of up to A$7,250 in bonus money, 175 free spins, and 1 bonus game, the welcome bonus package is very generous, although I do have some notes about it that I’ll get into detail below.

There’s also the option to claim the 200% crypto welcome bonus of up to A$800 on your first deposit, as well as 12+ other promos. I already mentioned the no deposit bonus, which is a rarity these days, but there are many other ongoing promos for existing players as well, like reload bonuses, boosts, prize drops, a fortune wheel, and even a secret bonus.

I’ve also become a fan of gamification features lately, and Bizzo has one called Missions, where, you guessed it, you need to perform missions to get points that you can later exchange for prizes.

There’s also a Hall of Fame, plenty of tournaments, and even a 30-level VIP programme where the final prize is a Porsche 911, so it’s safe to say that there’s a lot to do here after you claim the welcome bonus.

Sign Up BonusBonus OfferWagering Req.
Deposit 1Up to 125% match up to A$2,500 + Instant Bonus Round + 125 free spins40x
Deposit 1 (CRYPTO)200% up to A$80040x
Deposit 250% up to A$750 + 50 free spins40x
Deposit 330% up to A$2,00040x
Deposit 425% up to A$2,00040x

When you add in all the parts of the welcome bonus, the total amount you can claim is an impressive A$7,250, 175 free spins, and 1 bonus game, but there’s a catch. You see, you can only get the maximum 125% deposit match on the first deposit if you deposit A$250 or more. The match percentage for lower deposits is lower:

  • For deposits of A$20 to A$50, the deposit match is 50%, and you get 50 free spins
  • For deposits from A$25 to A$200, you get a 75% match, 75 free spins, and 1 bonus game
  • If you deposit from A$100 to A$500, you get a 100% deposit match, 100 FS, and an instant bonus round.
  • With a deposit of A$250 or more, you get the maximum 125% deposit match, 125 FS, and the instant bonus round

You probably noticed that some of the sums are overlapping, but don’t worry – I contacted customer support and verified that you always get the higher bonus percentage and more free spins. Still, I’m not a big fan of the tiered deposit match percentage, especially when some casinos offer much better high roller bonuses for depositors who deposit A$250 or more.

Also, the bonus info is a bit misleading, because it says that you get a deposit match starting at A$20, when the T&Cs clearly state that the minimum qualifying deposit for the bonus is A$30.

The instant bonus round is awarded on Pragmatic Play’s Big Bass Bonanza 1000 and is available immediately after activation (and before you get the free spins). Depending on how many free spins you get, they come in batches of 25 spins daily.

The wagering requirements for all parts of the welcome bonus are 40x, which is bang-on average. There are casinos with better wagering requirements out there, like King Billy, but there are also many unfavourable casinos too, so Bizzo sits somewhere in the middle. The bonus validity period is 14 days, and the maximum bet with an active bonus is A$8.

Bizzo Casino crypto welcome bonus

If you plan on depositing with crypto, you might want to take a look at the crypto welcome bonus. The offer is a 200% deposit match of up to A$800, and there’s none of the ‘tiered deposit match’ shenanigans here. You need to deposit A$30 or more, and you get a 200% match.

The wagering requirements are 40x, and the only limitation here is that the max bet is limited to A$6.5 instead of A$8.

Note from Australian Gamblers: Despite the lower allowed max bet, I definitely recommend claiming the crypto welcome bonus here. The 200% deposit match is simply the better offer here, and you can still claim the other parts of the welcome bonus (the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th deposit matches).

Bizzo Casino mobile no deposit bonus

There’s no other way to put it: when casinos offer a no deposit bonus, we claim it. All you need to do to get the 10 free spins is just download the PWA app on your mobile phone (Android and iOS devices are supported), and the FS will be credited to your account for free.

The bonus comes with 40x wagering requirements, and there’s a cap on the maximum winnings from the bonus at A$75.

Bizzo Casino unlimited reload bonus

As the name suggests, this is a reload bonus that you can claim with every deposit of A$50 or more you make at Bizzo.

You get 15 free spins regardless of the deposit size, but the worth of the spins changes.

  • For a deposit of A$50 to A$100, the FS are worth A$0.10 per spin
  • For a deposit of A$100 to A$249, the FS are worth A$0.50 per spin
  • For a deposit of A$250 to A$499, the FS are worth A$1 per spin
  • For a deposit of over A$500, the FS are worth A$2 per spin

The wagering requirements remain 40x regardless of the deposit size.

Bizzo Casino fortune wheel bonus

Whenever you deposit A$30 or more here, you get a free spin on the Silver Fortune Wheel. If you deposit A$150 or more, you get a spin at the Golden Fortune Wheel, which has better prizes.

Note from Australian Gamblers: If you deposit from A$30 to A$49, you will only activate the Fortune Wheel bonus. But if you deposit A$50 or over, both the Fortune Wheel and Unlimited Reload bonuses will be activated, plus the bonus for the day (if there’s another bonus that day).

Bizzo Casino secret bonus

The minimum entry for the Tuesday secret bonus is A$60, and although it’s advertised as a ‘secret bonus’, you can see the rewards in the T&Cs. They include deposit matches, free spins with just 5x WR, more free spins, and even A$150 bonus with no wagering requirements.

Bizzo Casino reload bonus

Instead of the unlimited bonus, if you deposit A$30 or more on Thursdays, you can get the Thursday Reload bonus. It offers a 50% match of up to A$300 and 100 free spins with 40x wagering requirements and a maximum bet of A$8 per round.

Bizzo Casino VIP boost

If you deposit on Sunday, you can get a 50% deposit match of up to A$300. The promo says that it’s only for VIP players, but you are automatically enrolled in the VIP programme after registration, so technically, you’re a VIP level 1 from the very start here.

Bizzo Casino missions

The Missions gamification feature is available immediately after registration, and you need to perform missions to get points.

For example, you can get points for changing your avatar, choosing a nickname, or making a deposit, and you can then spend your points in the store to purchase bonuses such as free spins, bonus money, a free spin at the Fortune Wheel, etc.

Bizzo Casino tournaments

Besides the software provider tournaments (like Drops & Wins by Pragmatic Play or BGaming Drops), Bizzo hosts three pokie tournaments that are only available to their players.

They’re called the Blitzh, Lightning, and Cyclone Rally, and the top prizes are €50, €75, and €100 for each, respectively. The prize pool for each also includes 300 free spins, and the size of your bets determines which tournament you will participate in.

Bizzo Casino VIP Club

The Bizzo Casino VIP programme starts when you make your first deposit. You get Comp Points for playing pokies, and A$30 earns you 1 CP. Then, you can exchange the CP for bonuses and rewards, but you also climb levels that also trigger bonuses.

The money you receive by swapping CP come with 5x wagering requirements, while the bonuses you get from reaching levels have 10x WR. The rewards increase as you climb through levels, starting with small batches of free spins to huge cash rewards and even a Porsche 911 at Level 30.

Bizzo Real Money Games

Bizzo Casino game lobby

The game lobby is one of Bizzo’s strongest sections, and looking at sheer numbers, it’s one of the most competitive out there. There are over 8,000 games by more than 70 software providers, and the list is ever-growing.

Expectedly, the vast majority of them are pokies of all types, but there’s also a great live dealers section, a dedicated Fast Games section for all of us who love games like Plinko and Crash, and there are probably 300+ table games.

I say ‘probably’ because table games don’t get their own dedicated section, and that takes me to one of the weaknesses of this lobby: categorisation. Bizzo, please add better filtering options!

You can sort games by ‘new’, ‘bonus buy’, ‘Drops & Wins’, ‘Hits’, and ‘Fast Games’, which is definitely not enough when you have 8k+ games. Also, some games have the ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ sign on the icon, indicating, I assume, that they’re ‘hot’ or ‘cold’. I’ve debunked this gambling myth previously, so it’s just a gimmick that you shouldn’t rely on.

To add to that, some games have an RTP number written on the icon, but I can assure you that the RTP listed on the game icon is WRONG and doesn’t correspond to the game’s real RTP. Other than that, it’s a really solid game library.

Bizzo Lobby Overview
Total Games8,000+
Available Pokies7,200+
Available Live Dealers600+
Other Game TypesMines, Crash, Keno, Plinko, Table Games, Shooters
Software ProvidersPragmatic Play, Playtech, WinFinity, BF Games, Shady Lady, Slotopia, BetGames, Clawbuster, etc.

Bizzo Casino online pokies

When you get past the wrong RTP listed on the pokies, there’s actually quite a selection here. From Pragmatic Play’s biggest hits like Big Bass Splash and Starlight Bonanza to Hacksaw’s ‘Le King’ series, classics like Book of Ra by Novomatic, and even controversial pokies like Trump It by Fugaso, this is one really, really stacked pokie library.

There are around 7,200 different games here, and I genuinely believe that I noticed every popular pokie that has ever existed in the vast Pokies section. If only there were better filtering options so I could actually confirm this, because if there wasn’t for the search bar and Providers filter, finding a particular game would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

The only filters are ‘Bonus Buy’ and the usual ‘Hits’ and ‘New’, so you’ll likely end up playing the same old hit games rather than trying something new.

Still, it’s better to have this wide variety than a limited choice, so for me, Bizzo’s pokies selection gets the highest grade due to its sheer size.

Bizzo Casino table games

I counted 300+ table games like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat here at Bizzo, so I won’t complain that there aren’t enough options. What I will complain about is that there’s no dedicated section, so you’ve got two options:

  • A) You can scroll through the endless Pokies lobby and try to look for table games, or
  • B) Use the search bar, type Roulette (or whatever table game you want to play), and choose one of the games that will pop up.

Obviously, I used option B, and it works as you expect it to. Still, players who won’t read this Bizzo review might not even know that there are RNG table games here, so the operator does need to do a better job with the categorisation.

The choice of games itself is actually very good, with plenty of options in each category, including many different variations of roulette and blackjack, plus some fun video poker variants like Bingo Poker, Titan Poker Multihand, and Deuces Wild Video Poker.

Bizzo Casino live dealers

Finally! A dedicated game category at Bizzo where you can easily find the games that you’re looking for!

The Live Dealers section hosts around 600 games from Pragmatic Play Live, WinFinity, ICONIC21, BetGames, Playtech, Ezugi, Enjoy, and more.

So, it’s safe to say that it’s one pretty stacked library, and there are even subsections for Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, and Game Shows. No complaints on my side here.

Bizzo Casino jackpots

There’s no dedicated Jackpots section, and I couldn’t find any progressive jackpot games. However, if you use the search bar and type in ‘Jackpots’, hundreds of fixed jackpots will pop up, so you can narrow down your choice.

The list includes games like Jackpot Limbo 9999x by Belatra, Easter Eggs Jackpots by Triple Cherry, Roman Riches Jackpot by Mancala, and many more.

Bizzo Casino arcade games

The Fast Games category is actually one of my favourites here. It lists around 300 games, and besides the games you probably expect here, like many different Crash variants, Plinko, Keno, and Mines, there are dozens of games that you don’t really expect.

For example, I tried Open It! by BGaming, and I really liked it, and I can also recommend Dragons Clash, Maestro, Labu Run, Miami 1980, and Tile Master.

The games at Bizzo are supplied by over 70 software providers like Fugaso, Playtech, BGaming, and more. This is an ever-expanding list, so the operator might add even more names in the future, but at the moment, the full list of studios whose games you’ll find here includes:

  • Pragmatic Play
  • BGaming
  • Play’n GO
  • Dynabit Gaming

Payment Methods at Bizzo Casino

Bizzo Casino payment methods

The Payments section at Bizzo is divided into 4 parts: Bank Transfers, Credit Card, Voucher, and Crypto. As you probably noticed, the E-Wallet section is absent, so electronic wallets like MiFinity are not accepted here.

Instead, you can use PayID bank transfers (a major plus for Aussies!), Visa/Mastercard cards (or digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay if your card is stored there), Neosurf (deposits only), and crypto.

The list of available cryptocurrencies includes the most popular options like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin, as well as stablecoins like USDT.

The biggest advantage here is PayID, which will be the most convenient option for most Australians, and it’s available for withdrawals too. The other withdrawal options are standard bank transfers or crypto, and the withdrawal limits and time depend on the payment method you choose.

The minimum withdrawal amounts are between A$20 and A$100, depending on the payment method you choose. If you go for PayID, the minimum withdrawal is A$100, which is higher than any other payout option, but I still consider it low-enough for most players.

If you opt for bank transfer, the minimum withdrawal is A$50, and you’ll have to wait up to 5 business days for it to be processed, so it’s definitely not ideal. In fact, since PayID is available here, I believe it’s definitely the best option for Bizzo (that is, if you don’t opt for crypto).

If you choose crypto, you’ll be able to enjoy both the low minimum deposit/withdrawal of just A$20 and quick payouts. If you’re new to crypto, I have prepared a comprehensive guide to playing with cryptocurrencies that will help you learn everything you need to know.

The withdrawal limits are pretty good at €4,000 per day (about A$6,700), €16,000 per week (about A$26,700), and €50,000 per month (about A$83,500). That’s far more generous than many other casinos I’ve reviewed, and being a higher VIP level won’t increase or decrease them.

Note from Australian Gamblers: The T&Cs say that the minimum withdrawal amount for Wire transfers is A$500. However, after a long and productive discussion with my customer agent, Darius, we clarified that this rule no longer applies, and you can request a withdrawal using the Payout Via Bank payment method starting at just A$50.

Mobile Play at Bizzo Casino

Bizzo offers a PWA mobile app, and honestly, there’s no real reason not to use it. You even get 10 no deposit spins just for downloading it, so it makes sense to do it.

I found the PWA app to be better than the website because it loads faster and just feels easier to use overall. That’s why I’d recommend it over playing in your browser, although it doesn’t change the fact that the design looks a bit dated – even when using the app.

If you’re on iPhone or iPad, you can also enable push notifications to get updates on bonuses and promos, which can be useful if you play here regularly.

Is Bizzo Casino Legit for Australian Players?

In short, yes. It’s owned by a large, reputable casino group, TechSolutions Group N.V., which operates many other reputable casinos, including DragonSlots and National Casino. In fact, an Australian player recently won A$1.7 million while playing pokies at DragonSlots after starting with just A$1,000, which tells you a lot about this platform.

The company holds a Curacao licence under number OGL/2024/590/0758, although I had to search for this information in the Curacao Gaming Control Board licence register because it isn’t visible on the site.

All the games come from proven and tested providers, and the website uses the latest SSL encryption to protect player data, so I wouldn’t be concerned about Bizzo’s legitimacy.

Every legit casino must have a responsible gambling page, and that’s the case with Bizzo, too. However, I wouldn’t say that this is the most extensive RSG page out there.

Actually, it’s quite short and only includes a miniature self-assessment questionnaire, a few external help links, and information that you can activate responsible gambling tools like loss, deposit, session, and wager limits through customer support.

Some operators offer much better RSG pages, and you can read my guide on responsible gambling to find out more about it.

How to Go Through KYC

Bizzo Casino KYC document verification

Just as everywhere else, you’ll have to verify your account at Bizzo before you can request a withdrawal. This is a standard AML and KYC procedure, and it may take up to 3 days to verify your account, so I suggest completing it as soon as you register here.

This is how the process goes:

1

Click on your name at the top right corner and select Personal Details.

2

Locate Document Verification, and you’ll see 3 different forms: Confirm Identity, Address, and Payment.

3

You’ll need to confirm all three, so upload the necessary documents.

4

To confirm your identity, you’ll need to upload a photo of an ID, a passport, or a driver’s licence.

5

To confirm your address, you’ll need to provide a bank statement or a utility bill in your name.

6

To confirm your payment, you’ll need to provide a photo or a screenshot of the transaction you’ve made.

The operator will check your info and verify that everything is OK, or contact you if you need to provide more documents.

Customer Support

Bizzo Casino’s customer support is pretty much what I expected and in line with most other AU casinos. There’s a 24/7 live chat, but it starts off with a bot, so you’ll need to go through a few back-and-forth questions and answers before you get connected to a real person.

I was connected to an agent named Darius within 2-3 minutes, and I asked about the minimum withdrawal limits. They first tried to redirect me to the email support team at support@bizzocasino.com, but I politely asked them to provide an answer in the live chat, and they did. So yeah, the magic word works once again.

There’s also an FAQ page, but it’s very short and only covers some very basic questions, so my recommendation is to use the live chat.

Weirdly tiered welcome bonus

A no deposit bonus in this day and age definitely deserves praise, but it’s not like 10 free spins will change much. The overall quality of the platform is much more important, and Bizzo is top-tier in some areas, particularly the size and variety of the game library.

With 8,000+ games from leading software providers, it covers every type of casino game that you could possibly want to play, and despite some hiccups regarding filtering options and categorisation (and the fake RTP figures on the game icons), this is a top-notch game library.
