Casinonic Casino Review
In all honesty, Casinonic is the most mid casino I’ve seen in a while. It’s really your average casino with a mid-size game lobby and a dated design.
If I had to pick a few qualities, I’d say there’s a decent selection of jackpot games and pokies, some online lotteries, and a good number of daily tournaments.
I played here for about two weeks, and this review gives you the full picture of my experience with games, bonuses, banking, customer service, responsible gambling, and mobile play.
Let’s see what Casinonic is about and if you’d find anything interesting enough to actually give it a try.
Pros
Cons
Should You Play at Casinonic? Australian Gamblers Explain
I don’t see why you’d play at Casinonic. I’m not saying it’s an unsafe casino or one that delays payouts for weeks on end, but it’s a far cry from the top casinos for Aussies.
In terms of games, the lobby has over 3,000, most of which are pokies, which is nothing in comparison to casinos that have at least double that, such as DragonSlots and Ritzo. Sure, you’ll find online lottiers and good pokie tournaments, and if that’s enough of a reason for you, then go for it.
But if you’re a bonus hunter, the bonuses at Casinonic are mediocre at best. I’ve already shared my thoughts on the best bonuses, and I’ve found the best cashback deals, too, so you can check those out without wasting time trying out a casino that doesn’t even try to do better.
Casinonic Bonuses
When it comes to bonuses, I can’t say that Casinonic lacks options, but I can find a way to improve every single one of them.
The welcome bonus? You get ten deposit matches, but none of it comes with free spins. The wagering requirements? Set at 50x, and not just for the sign-up deal. The VIP deal? It’s just a 30% match. You get my point – I could go on and on.
Now, on the bright side, at least the minimum deposit is just A$30, so even if you’re a casual player who doesn’t want to drop a ton of cash, these bonuses are still within reach. In addition to the usual deals, Casinonic also offers more personalised bonuses, such as a Birthday Bonus and special holiday promos.
| Sign Up Bonus | Bonus Offer | Wagering Req. |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit 1 | 100% up to A$500 | 50x |
| Deposit 2 | 50% up to A$500 | 50x |
| Deposit 3 | 50% up to A$500 | 50x |
| Deposit 4 | 50% up to A$500 | 50x |
| Deposit 5 | 50% up to A$500 | 50x |
| Deposit 6 | 50% up to A$500 once per day | 50x |
| Deposit 7 | 50% up to A$500 once per day | 50x |
| Deposit 8 | 50% up to A$500 once per day | 50x |
| Deposit 9 | 50% up to A$500 once per day | 50x |
| Deposit 10 | 50% up to A$500 once per day | 50x |
The welcome package is divided into ten instalments, with the first deposit being the only one fully matched at 100%. All ten deposits are matched up to a maximum of A$500. I can think of a few downsides to this offer, and the lack of free spins and the 50x wagering requirement in 3 days are a few of them.
If you do decide to claim the deals, I suggest you wager on pokies, which are the only category contributing 100% of your bets. All other games – card games, poker, video poker, and roulette – contribute just 5%, so it’s not a good idea to play anything else.
Note from Mike Waters: When using bonuses at Casinonic, be aware that more than 100 games are restricted. These games are listed in the general bonus terms and conditions.

There are a couple of reload bonuses at Casinonic. The Tuesday one is a small grab-and-go bonus that matches 100% of deposits between A$30 and A$150. I deposited the maximum of A$150 and had A$300 to play with. The 50x bonus wagering (within 3 days) applies here again, just like for all the other promotions.
I didn’t want to wait a week for the Wednesday bonus, so I stepped up my gameplay to clear the wagering in under 24 hours. The Wednesday spins bonus is a weekly offer that really caught my eye, especially since I’m big on pokies.
Even at face value, the deal seems generous. I got 200 spins for a A$30 deposit. You can deposit A$30 or A$300 and still receive 200 spins, making this deal accessible to all budgets.
The only small catch is that you have to use the spins on BGaming’s All Lucky Clover. This is not one of BGaming’s best online pokies, but every BGaming title I’ve tried is engaging to some level, including this one, with tons of features that can lead to big payouts.
The 50% Friday bonus up to A$300 is another suitable deal for relatively relaxed gameplay. The maximum I could get was A$150 in bonus funds, plus the A$300 deposit, which was a solid little bundle to keep me busy testing over the next few days.

The VIP match is just 30%, which is low for an offer catering to big-budget players. You need a minimum deposit of A$1,500, and Casinonic will provide a 30% bonus up to A$3,000. Yeah, that’s it.
Nothing more to this deal, with the standard 50x rollover, 3-day validity, and the same game restrictions. Compare this with the best VIP bonuses, and you’ll see why I think this is a lame attempt at a “VIP” promotion.
I can’t say that I tested this one myself, but I’ll share what the casino discloses about its birthday bonus.
On your birthday, you should contact Casinonic support, make a deposit of A$225, and the casino will credit A$112.5 to your bonus balance, subject to the usual bonus terms. So, in essence, this is a 50% deposit match.

There are two weekly boosts – the first one gets you 50 free spins on Betsoft’s Stay Frosty, which is a fun game, but the bonus itself isn’t very lucrative. The weekend boost is pretty much the same offer, but it awards 50 spins on Yak, Yeti & Roll, also by Betsoft.
Btw, you need to use promo codes to get these deals. Both free spins promos have a qualifying deposit of just A$30, and the wagering requirements are set at 30x for the first and 40x for the second, which is an improvement from the other offers.
I claimed both 50 free spins offers several times during my stay because they seemed most practical. With the wagering requirements dropped, these are arguably the most favourable offers for low-stakes players.
Casinonic’s ‘Tournaments’ lobby is where the most fun happens. It’s not just a provisional part of the casino with a couple of set events for the sake of having tournaments.
Casinonic’s tournaments run non-stop, and you can scroll through past events to get a sense of what they host. When I played here, there were five active events. Most were set to end within 12-14 hours, so the list might be different when you visit.
I took part in the Daily Rush Race, but the rewards seemed a bit small, ranging from A$50 to A$350 for the top spot on the leaderboard. I also placed about 600-700 bets in the Flight Level tournament and won 30 free spins. Keep in mind, tournament prizes, including cash and free spins, are considered as bonus funds, so the usual bonus terms apply: 50x rollover and a 3-day expiry.
Casinonic Real Money Games

Just like the rest of this casino, Casinonc’s game lobby is really not that impressive. That is not to say it’s bad, but compared to other Aussie online casinos featuring over 6,000, 7,000, or 8,000 games, Casinonic’s collection of about 3,000 casino games seems small.
Okay, numbers aren’t everything, and when it comes to variety, the casino is doing pretty okay. Pokies of all kinds offer the most options, including 3-reel games, fruit machines, jackpot slots, Megaways, and Bonus Buy. Besides that, Casinonic caters to roulette and blackjack fans with a mix of different variants of each game, available in both live and non-live formats.
Online lotteries and scratch cards form a small section of alternative games, and given their popularity in Australia, I decided to give Casinonic some credit.
| Casinonic Lobby Overview | |
|---|---|
| Total Games | 3,000+ |
| Available Pokies | 2,500+ |
| Available Live Dealers | 80+ |
| Other Game Types | Lotteries, scratch cards, bingo, crash games |
| Software Providers | Betsoft, Booming Games, Mascot Gaming, Playson, Platipus, BGaming, Yggdrasil, KA Gaming, ICONIC21 |

Every casino that has a good collection of card and table games, live or RNG, is in my good graces; however, statistically, Aussies like pokies more than any casino game, with the exception of lottery.
Casinonic is well prepared to meet this demand, despite its seemingly small pokies lobby of about 2,500 titles. As I said, numbers aren’t everything. I had a lot of options in terms of features and themes, including feature buy pokies, Hold and Win, Rapid Link, Megaways and Trueways, jackpot pokies, the list goes on.
Now, navigating the pokies and other games felt like an unneeded hassle. There are no options to filter games by RTP, theme, volatility, reels, or other features.
The game providers are awkwardly placed in a horizontal navigation menu in the middle of the screen, with images only. In other news, if you don’t recognise the logos, you’re going to have to click them one by one to see which games are hidden behind.

Table games are grouped in a separate section, as is roulette, which is odd considering roulette is a hybrid table and card game. The ‘Table’ section includes the basic table games except roulette: blackjack, baccarat, and poker.
There are around 80 games, plus over 50 roulette tables, most of which are automated games. I also noticed a few live blackjack and baccarat tables that seem out of place here. Different games suit different budgets. Blackjack VIP Multihand or Royal Roulette are examples of games that appeal to high rollers, with stakes up to A$200 or more.
More traditional versions of French and European roulette are suitable for smaller budgets, and all these games have a very low house edge. Bets and payouts may vary by variant, with some games offering extra side bets.

I like a little challenge when I play poker or blackjack, and Casinonic’s live casino provided it to some extent, but there is no live poker. A casino without live poker just feels empty, so I’m hoping Casinonic will introduce at least a couple of tables.
Classic live baccarat, Speed Baccarat, and No Commission (VIP) Baccarat are just a few examples of the range of options available on this site. The same goes for blackjack, but there are not that many live roulette games.

It’s good that jackpot games are kept separate in their own collection, but all of them are fixed-jackpot games. That means each game offers either tiered jackpot prizes that vary with the bet amount or a big cash win from the maximum bet multiplier, which can range from 5,000x to over 10,000x the bet.
A word of advice (looking at you, Casinonic): people are drawn to progressive jackpots. For example, Spinjo Casino features multi-million dollar progressive jackpots that are sure to catch any player’s interest.
It’s worth noting that some of the games here are top-tier, like 3 Carts of Gold Hold and Win, Arizona Heist: Hold and Win, or Dragon Balls: Cash Up Series.

Numbers may not matter much in games, but in statistics they speak volumes, and the data show that, year after year, lotteries, alongside raffles and scratch tickets, are the preferred options for gambling among Australians.
Casinonic has about 30 online lottery and bingo-style games, and I even noticed one, Sweet Lotto, with a progressive jackpot worth just over A$17,000. Go figure. There are even a few live versions of online lotto from BetGames, which is a pretty decent developer of live games.

Payment Methods at Casinonic Casino
Casinonic’s cashier can process fiat and crypto deposits and withdrawals, with the minimums ranging from A$20 with e-vouchers like Neosurf to A$30 with Google Pay.
Bitcoin and some of the other cryptocurrencies available have lower minimums, as low as A$10 or lower. Just keep in mind that if you use crypto, the addresses change periodically.
What I really don’t like is that bank transfers are the only way to fiat withdrawals. Sure, fiat withdrawals are limited in other casinos, too, but at least MiFinity is an option.
Overview of Payment Limits & Times

| Pay Any Bank | – | A$30 | 1-5 banking days |
| Bank Wire | – | A$250 | 1-5 banking days |
As I mentioned, crypto and bank transfers are your only withdrawal options. And since bank withdrawals are slow and have a higher minimum limit, I used Binance for crypto transfers.
Speaking of limits, the base withdrawal is A$20 with most methods and averages A$4,000 per transaction for all supported methods, which is alright. The weekly and monthly caps are set at A$7,500 and A$15,000, respectively. This isn’t ideal, but it’s not the worst I’ve seen, either.
Mobile Play at Casinonic Casino
I got the Casinonic progressive web app, which is compatible with iOS and Android, but it made little difference compared to the web-based version. It’s just more handy to open the casino using the app on my home screen rather than opening a browser.
Otherwise, the PWA brings the same inconveniences – the provider filters are terrible, the menus are almost see-through, and some even overlap. I really wish Casinonic would improve its overall design.
Is Casinonic Casino Legit for Australian Players?
Casinonic is legit, and I was able to quickly confirm that the company behind the casino is Dama N.V., for which I know that it’s licensed in Curaçao by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
I cross-checked the casino’s company registration number and license number against the board’s official registry of licensed operators.
Note that the casino’s license expired in December 2025 and is currently under review. This is a normal procedure, and Dama N.V. is one of dozens of companies whose gambling permits expired in December of 2025 and are currently up for renewal. I will keep an eye on Casinonic’s status to see if any issues occur with the license renewal.
Note from Mike Waters: I gave Casinonic a ‘medium’ rating, instead of ‘high,’ on the trust index precisely because the license is not currently active, which is likely to be once the control board completes all examinations. Other than that, Casinonic follows the gambling regulation rulebook to the letter.

All legitimate online casinos adhere to responsible gambling practices, but recently, I’ve observed that many brands only offer the fundamentals, such as self-exclusion, professional external support, or questionnaires.
Casinonic, however, provides effective features to help you manage your play. Here are the available options:
- Deposit, loss, and wager limits: To handle your funds, you can set limits on loss amounts, deposits, and wagers. The limits can be applied daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Session limits: This feature was particularly useful for me; I often lose track of time while playing, and the automatic reminder kept me from spending more time than I intended.
- Cool-off period: Cool-off sessions can be set for 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months. In that time, you won’t receive or use any promotional content, but you can cash out any remaining winnings.
- Self-exclusion: Exclusion works in the same way as the cool-off feature, except you can’t withdraw winnings, which is why the cool-off feature is better. Once the expiration passes, Casinonic will automatically re-activate your account.
Important note: Loss limits are only for money you lose from your deposits. The limits do not apply to losses on casino winnings.
How to Go Through KYC

Every new member of an online casino must undergo the required verification checks. This is the key to unlocking all casino features and an essential requirement for withdrawing winnings. There are a handful of documents you need on hand when you open your account to successfully complete the know-your-customer (KYC) checks.
Here are the steps:
Select ‘Profile,’ then ‘My Account.’
Tap the ‘Verification’ tab.
Drop copies to verify address, payment, and ID.
Confirm your phone number and submit the documents.
Wait to be notified that the verification is successful.
Just so you know, Casinonic might occasionally need to double-check your ID, account, or payment info when you make a withdrawal. Even if you’ve been verified before, it can run this process from time to time at its discretion.
Customer Support
I wasn’t initially happy with the support on live chat. I asked a few basic questions right after opening my account, and it took up to 10 minutes to get a reply. This was before I verified my details. After completing the verification, support was much faster on chat. It’s good that they use live assistants rather than automated messages, though automation can be helpful for answering short queries instantly.
During the busiest hours, usually in the afternoon and at night, chat support slows down due to high activity, but responses are still quite quick, usually no more than 5 minutes.
The FAQs only cover about eight questions, so they weren’t very helpful. I didn’t really need to send an email, which is often used for longer conversations, but I sent a couple of emails out of curiosity. The casino answered both in under 2 hours, which was surprisingly fast. It’s normal for the email team to sometimes take up to 24 hours to reply.

Casinonic Final Evaluation
Jackpot games
Plenty of weekly tournaments
Good RSG tools
Online lotteries and scratchcards
No rewards system
No live Hold’em poker
Outdated design
Casinonic seriously needs to step up its game, especially in the overall user experience. The interface feels a bit messy and needs a do-over. If you ask me, I’d start improving the navigation and move on to reorganising the game collections. A few search filters won’t hurt.
The bonuses are okay-ish, but the terms and conditions could be more player-friendly on some of the deals. A huge miss is the total lack of a loyalty or VIP program.

On the bright side, the pokie tournaments were a constant source of more immersive gameplay. The weekly and weekend free spin boosts were the best-value promotions thanks to their lower wagering requirements and the Betsoft games they offered.
