I’ll start with a disclaimer here: the Promotional page was inoperational at the time of testing. I tried to open it numerous times, but it continually redirects me to the homepage.
Nevertheless, I managed to get a glimpse at the bonuses based on the promotional banners and the available info on the Terms and Conditions page, and they seem very restrictive.

The first time you open the casino’s website, you’ll be greeted by a massive banner that says ‘150% welcome bonus + 50 free spins’ with no playthrough requirements and no max cashout. The only thing is that you can’t actually claim this deal. Click on it, and nothing happens.
I went through the general T&Cs to find out more, and they clearly state that every bonus at Heaps O Wins needs to be wagered at least 30x times (yes, even the cashback bonuses). So, the banner is absolutely misleading.
The alternative is more realistic: a 333% deposit match of up to A$3,500 and 33 free spins for RTG’s new game OZ Golden Trail. The minimum qualifying deposit is A$30, and the wagering requirements are 30x, but again, once you click on the bonus, you’re redirected to the home page, so I can’t confirm whether you can actually claim this offer.
The only promotion for regulars (besides the VIP programme) is the 25 daily free spins, which can be activated by making a deposit of A$30. It comes with the standard 30x wagering requirements.
The VIP programme has five levels, and the rewards include stuff like weekly cashback up to 40%, up to 35% “monthly insurance” (whatever that is), dedicated VIP support, and even priority withdrawals for the highest level.
Now, this all sounds good on paper, but there’s no info on how to reach a new level, how many points are required, or how you earn points in the first place.

Heaps O Wins is a so-called RTG casino, which means that all the games are by RealTime Gaming (and its alternate name SpinLogin Gaming).
As such, it’s incredibly limited with just ~240 games like pokies, table games, jackpots, and a few specialty games.
